What is Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)?

ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) is a technology that reduces unwanted background noise using microphones and advanced sound processing. It helps create a more immersive listening experience by minimizing external distractions. • How does the ANC feature in Trance Infinity Wireless Headphone work? The Airdots 550 uses Quad Mic ANC technology, featuring four microphones to detect surrounding and internal noise. The earbuds process these unwanted sounds and generate anti-noise signals to reduce ambient noise, providing a quieter and more immersive listening experience.

How much noise does the ANC feature block?

The Quad Mic ANC system significantly reduces surrounding background noise, helping minimize disturbances such as traffic, office chatter, public transport noise, and other ambient sounds. The actual level of noise reduction may vary depending on the environment and fit of the earbuds.

Is ANC effective in all environments?

ANC works particularly well against consistent background sounds such as traffic, air-conditioning, public transport, and airplane noise. However, sudden or high-pitched sounds, such as alarms or loud voices, may not be completely eliminated.

What is Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC)?

ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) is designed to improve call clarity by using microphones to detect and reduce surrounding environmental noise. This helps your voice sound clearer to the person on the other end during calls.

How does the Quad Mic ENC work during calls?
