Audionic does not offer a Return Policy once the product is delivered and opened by the customer.

Replacement Policy:

  • In case a product reflects a technical issue, one can raise a replacement request within 7 days of the order delivery. A fresh replacement will be dispatched to the customer. This will be provided post-physical examination of the product, and if there is no issue found, the same unit will be dispatched.
  • In case of product replacement within the warranty period, if the product is out of stock (color/variant), an alternate product with equivalent price will be offered, and warranty will continue as per the previous product purchase date.
  • Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered is defective, has missing accessories or has physical damage within 24 hours of receipt. If after physical examination no issue is found with the product, the same unit will be dispatched back to the customer.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our support team by filling out our complain form here: https://dev-api.myalice.ai/audionic/issue-form. We will need your order ID and a few images of the product to process the replacement. The request will, however, be entertained once an Audionic team member has checked and determined the same. This is typically reported back within 48 business hours.
  • If you feel the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, notify our website chat support team within 24 hours of delivery. The team, after reviewing your complaint, will decide accordingly.

Conditions where product will not be eligible for replacement:

  • Customer is not happy with the look & feel or minor differences in shades, color or sound quality of a defect-free product.
  • Physical damage not reported within 24 hours.
  • An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
  • In case of any damage due to customer abuse, repair by unauthorized persons, misuse detected, or if the product has been attacked or damaged by house pests, pets, rodents.
  • Accidental or incidental damage, spillage of any kind of liquid on the device, or the device subjected to extreme temperatures.
  • Wear and tear occurring due to regular usage of the device.

 

Audionic Warranty Policy/Guidelines

  • Audionic products and their accessories come equipped with a warranty period of 1 year respectively, that cover technical issues, excluding physical damages.
  • E-Warranty Card invoice is required to be presented for availing warranty services. Audionic can choose to not provide services if the E-warranty card is not presented.

  • While Audionic will make every effort to carry out repair at the earliest, we would like to make it expressly clear that we are under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.
  • Audionic shall not cover any liability or claim pertaining to any kind of rashes or skin allergy due to usage of Audionic products including consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to property or life, injuries, loss of any kind of personal data arising directly or indirectly out of any defects in Audionic products.
  • Accessories (such as mics, cables, remote and adapter) and batteries are not covered under this warranty.

 

Out of Warranty

  • If a product that is out of warranty reflects a technical issue & customer wants to avail the services, the customer must incur a certain amount of charges. In case the product is irreparable, the same product will be returned back to the customer.

Audionic Warranty is not applicable in any of the following cases:

  • In case of any damage to the product, customer abuse, repair by unauthorized persons, misuse detected, product attacked or damaged by house pests, pets, rodents, accidental or incidental damage, spillage of any kind of liquid on the device, overcharging or power surge damage, device subjected to extreme temperatures, or if the warranty seal is broken. Wear and tear that occurs due to regular usage of the device will also not be covered under warranty.
  • This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period of 12 Months (as determined by proof of purchase or E-warranty), even if the product is not in use during the warranty period for any reason.

 

Cancellation Policy

We believe in helping our customers as much as possible and have a liberal cancellation policy. However:

  • Cancellation requests will not be entertained if orders have been communicated to the customers and shipping has started.
  • No cancellation for orders under the Same Day Delivery category.
  • No cancellations for products obtained on special occasions.

Product Pricing

  • Product prices listed are current. In case of any error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
  • Prices might change without notice.
  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). For international cards, your bank's exchange rate and charges will apply. Disputes or queries regarding exchange rates and bank charges should be directed to your bank.
  • We bill at the price in effect at the time of the order.

Security

  • Website transactions are protected by SSL. Information entered is encrypted for your protection.
  • Credit card and Debit card information isn't stored by us. Payment gateways, compliant with banking regulations, handle this information.

Out of Stock situations

  • We try to ensure all products are in stock. If unavailable, we will either replace with an equal condition product or process the refund.

 

Delivery of products

  • Purchases are shipped from various locations in Pakistan. We aim for delivery within 5-9 business days from the order.
  • Deliveries are made between 10.30 am – 7:30 pm, Monday –Saturday by our team or third-party couriers.
  • Goods need to be signed for upon delivery. We aren’t responsible for incorrect addresses or damages after delivery.
  • Report any shortages or damages on the delivery day.
  • If your order hasn't arrived but is marked as “Delivered”, report it within 24 hours.
