SHIPPING HUB

All your orders are packed and shipped from our facility situated in Karachi & Lahore.

1) DETAINED SERVICE

Detained service is used on orders having weight above 3.0 KG. By using this service your package will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days (This estimate does not include holidays, weekends and 1 day processing time)

2) OVERNIGHT SERVICE

Overnight service is used on orders having weight under 3.0 KG. By using this service your package will be delivered as follows.

If the order is for same city i.e KHI to KHI it will be delivered in 48 Hours

If the order is for same province i.e Lahore to Faisalabad  it will be delivered in 72 hours.

If the order is for other province i.e Lahore to Hyderabad it will be delivered in 96 hours.

 

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Customer can easily keep track of their order status by simply entering the tracking number in our ‘Track Your Order’ box. The tracking number & Courier partner would be texted to the customer shortly after the package is ready for dispatch.

 

SHIPMENT CHECKING

We do not recommend our customers to check their shipment at delivery time as all our products are electronic gadgets and sometimes you need to refer to user manual to get the gadget running. This whole process takes lot time and delivery personnel have to meet tough delivery schedule (All items delivered are covered under our Return policy)

 

PREPAID ORDERS

Order will be processed once the payment is confirmed by the payment partner. Order will be held only for address confirmation if address is incomplete.
