Warranty Policy

  • Audionic products and their accessories come equipped with a warranty period of 1 year respectively, that cover technical issues, excluding physical damages.
  • E-Warranty Card invoice is required to be presented for availing warranty services. Audionic can choose to not provide services if the E-warranty card is not presented.
  • If the issue is not resolved over a call or an e-mail, kindly take your product to your nearest care center, you can find a list of care centers all over Pakistan at this link:
  • While Audionic will make every effort to carry out repair at the earliest, we would like to make it expressly clear that we are under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.
  • Audionic shall not cover any liability or claim pertaining to any kind of rashes or skin allergy due to usage of Audionic products including consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to property or life, injuries, loss of any kind of personal data arising directly or indirectly out of any defects in Audionic products.
  • Accessories (such as mics, cables, remote and adapter) and batteries are not covered under this warranty.

Note: It is mandatory for the customer to collect their product within two months from the delivery date! If the customer fails to collect their product within two months, the company will have the authority (granted by the customer) to sell the product as scrap or assess its value, deduct the expenses incurred on it, and donate the remaining amount to charity (Sadaqah).
